FAQ

What is an ORAC rating?
A product's ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) rating is a laboratory analysis that provides an overall measure of a food's antioxidant activity. The higher the ORAC score, the greater is the food's antioxidant capacity.

What is an antioxidant?
Antioxidants are nutrients (vitamins and minerals) and enzymes (proteins in your body that assist in chemical reactions) that neutralize oxidants (free radicals) that are produced when cells in the body burn oxygen to produce energy.

How much fruit juice is in ROCKIN' WATER™?
There is no fruit juice in ROCKIN' WATER - ROCKIN' WATER's kid-friendly flavor comes from natural flavorings and sweeteners.

Why does ROCKIN' WATER contain fiber?
Rockin' Water contains soluble fiber.  Soluble fiber actually slows digestion down. Because of this, soluble fiber has a tendency to stabilize blood glucose, permit better absorption of nutrients, lower low-density lipoproteins (LDL) or "bad" cholesterol in the blood, increase the production of immune cells, and promote colon health. It prolongs stomach emptying time so that sugar is released and absorbed more slowly.

Who is Rockin' Rikki?
Rockin' Rikki is a kid who loves Rockin' Water and playing sports!

What 11 essential vitamins and minerals are in ROCKIN' WATER?
Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Calcium, Chromium, Magnesium, Molybdenum, Selenium, Zinc

Is ROCKIN' WATER kosher?
Every great flavor of Rockin' Water is 100% kosher!

Does ROCKIN' WATER have a low glycemic Index?
Yes ROCKIN' WATER has a low glycemic index.  Glycemic index is a measure of the effects of carbohydrates on blood glucose levels. A lower glycemic index suggests slower rates of digestion and absorption of the foods' carbohydrates.   A lower glycemic response is often thought to equate to a lower insulin demand, better long-term blood glucose control and a reduction in blood lipids. Choosing low glycemic index carbs - the ones that produce only small fluctuations in our blood glucose and insulin levels - is the secret to long-term health.
